Started at 20: While his peers were settling into adulthood, Swapan was knee-deep in the saline mud of the delta. The 5-Lakh Milestone: Over the past 8 years, through his Sukher Swarga Foundation, he has successfully planted and nurtured more than 5,00,000 mangrove saplings. The Result: Today, those saplings have turned into a “Green Wall,” protecting coastal villages from the devastating impact of the rising sea.Safalya Academy: Educating the Future of the DeltaSwapan Suin’s vision isn’t limited to the soil; it reaches the minds of the next generation.
