Community Empowerment: We empower vulnerable communities through various programs. Our vocational training in sewing and backyard poultry farming helps women achieve financial independence and social upliftment. We also engage women in eco-tourism activities and nursery maintenance, creating safe, income-generating spaces. Education and Skill Development: We have built a 2,220 square-foot school building to provide education and bridge educational gaps in this remote region. Our foundation operates free coaching centers and provides reference books to students, with a focus on serving approximately 200 students each year. Our skill development programs in computer literacy and English communication also enhance employability for rural youth. Disaster Relief and Health Initiatives: As a grassroots NGO in Sundarbans, Given the Sundarbans' vulnerability to natural disasters like cyclones, we are at the forefront of providing timely assistance. We have been actively involved in relief efforts during cyclones such as Amphan and Yash, providing food, clothing, and medical assistance. We have also established a flood center to provide shelter and support to affected communities during these events. Additionally, we run regular medical camps and awareness campaigns on menstrual hygiene to improve overall health outcomes in the community.
